Easy install, looks good. I like the way it heats up fast! Easy to set up,this is working very well for me
This radiant cooktop has transformed my kitchen! Heats evenly and works with ALL my cookware – even stoneware. Perfect for slow simmering soups and delicate sauces. Love the intuitive controls!
Works great. Heats quickly and evenly. Would buy it again.
Trabaja muy bien es una excelente hornilla para un apartamento me encantó
Nice side handles, cooling fan that runs until unit cools off with LED light that warns plate is HOT for dummies. Great variable temp. controls for both small and large pots and pans. Drawback is weight limit of 8.8 pounds as a gallon of water is 8.34 pounds. So guesstimate your container, lid and contents .

Bought this one for my parents and they love it. This is a great product for hot pot lovers!
This electric hot plate is very effective. It heats quickly and has tons of power. Once you have an understanding of what the power levels (W) mean or what temperature (degrees F) you need to cook your food, it becomes very easy to use this. It has a very long 4-5 foot power cord (US). There are rubber pads on the legs of this to help keep it stationary on your countertop. The controls are very straightforward, with touch buttons on top and a rotary knob on the front. When the unit is on, the fan runs and there is a red glow from the elements during heating. What I don't like about this electric hob is how long it stays hot after using it. I think it holds on to heat way too long and could be a safety risk. The fan that is inside of this is not very powerful. You'll really have to let this sit for 15-20 minutes undisturbed after using in order to cool down fully and for it to be safe to clean. I personally think induction is better and way safer, but of course you have to use magnetic/induction-ready pans with them. You just don't have to worry about all of the radiating heat with induction. It all stays in the pan. Plus, I could not find a control lock on this unit. The touch buttons are very sensitive, so you'll definitely need to unplug this before wiping the surface clean.
I really like this cooktop which is great for emergency use and/or camping. Our main purpose for getting this product is for power outage emergency situations. Here's what I like:- the build is high quality- it has a nice weight to it- it stays in place securely due to the rubber feet- the flat top heating surface outside of the outer ring does not get hot- the counter surface under the unit was barely warm during our test (if we were to use high heat for a long time, we would put it on a cutting board or other suitable surface)- it cleans easily- the HOT light stays lit until the unit is WARM to avoid the potential for burns- the wattages used are true to the wattages stated in the directions
I obtained this cooktop for camping when shore power is available, to save on other fuels. I like that it is flat (no burner to get tangled up in things) and has a good weight to it, so it won't easily be pulled off a tabletop. It does beep a lot -- every time you turn it on or adjust the settings, it gives short, loud, beep, which is a bit annoying when you are trying to be a quiet camping buddy. But once it's set, it's quiet of course. When you turn it off, it will stay running for quite awhile with "HOT" appearing on the display -- a good thing, because you can't tell by looking at it if the surface is hot or cool. It didn't come with a case, so I found a cloth drawstring bag to keep it protected. It works well as a cooktop, as it should.
I've never used an electric stove before, but now I got to try this portable one and it's very nice. It's definitely very convenient and heats up the food very fast. I need to figure out the heating time and temperature for what I'm cooking. There's an inner ring and outter ring heat that you can cook with. You can cook by watts or by fahrenheit. It's confusing at first, but just try everything and see what heat setting you're comfortable cooking with. The major downside was that this came all scratched up. I really like the green color, but it was all scuffed up around the edges, turn knob, side handles, and it's just ugly with all the marks and scratches. I'd recommend, but be prepared for it to be all scratched up.
When we remodeled our kitchen 5 years ago, we installed a Frigidaire induction cooktop as the main cooking surface. I love it; esp. compared to the electric burners on the stove that we replaced. So, when I saw this, I thought it would be great for camping, the cabin, or for use on the deck. (Friends have used them for all these purposes + in an RV.)I checked it out and it works great. See photos above of boiling water. The default setting is 1800W and water boiled quickly at this setting. Turning the knob counter-clockwise lowers that setting. And pressing the ON/OFF button to Off changes the display to Hot as the fan runs to cool it down. I like the sleek look of the unit and it has wide carrying handles with ample hand room. But, it is noisy, as the fan runs continuously, which I wasn’t prepared for as our induction cooktop is so quiet. We’ll use it outside for the most part so that isn’t as big an issue as understanding how the operation buttons function. There are Function and Timer buttons. Even after close reading of the manual, I’m confused. The Function button starts at 1800W which adjusts down to 100W with the front knob. This function is called Stir Frying. If you tap the Function button again, the display changes to 518F which can be adjusted down to 176F, again with the front knob. This function is called Barbecue. The final setting on the Function button brings up the Timing function. There’s an extra Timer button so I guess you’d use that to change settings here. I didn’t play with that. I don’t foresee ever using this with a timer. The manual indicated it can be set from 10 seconds to 4 hours. So, what’s confusing me is the difference between using the Stir Frying setting in watts or the Barbecue setting in degrees. The manual goes on to explain that the inner and outer rings heat from 100W to 750W. But then mentions W gear: 1800W - 100W. And also F level: 518F - 176F. I really have no idea how this translates to which of the functions I should use. Stir Fry (watts)? BBQ (degrees)? My induction cooktop is so easy. Simply a Power button to turn it on and each of the burners has a slider from on/off to P (power mode) which is super high. I need an explanation for this unit - how, or when, might I want to use the W setting vs the F setting? Playing with it, I think it might just be how you want to view the power being used, or the heat generated? Just a guess.I’m removing 1 star because I think the unit will be useful even if I never figure out the difference between using these 2 Functions. Also, if noise is an issue, be aware that there will always be a medium hum from the fan.NOTE: You need the right cookware. If you’re unsure, test with a magnet on the bottom of your pan; if the magnet sticks, and it’s a flat bottom pan, it will work. All of my old cast iron works. :)
What a very nice Induction Stove.! I hate to heat up the kitchen and this single burner Induction burner is simply amazing! It heats very fast, cooks evenly every time, and seems to cook foods about twice as a fast as a regular stove top. My actual stove is getting old, so I ordered this to help me out. It was a really good decision. This is solid state, has a safety three plug with the ground wire and is so easy to wipe down to keep it clean as when new. My pans are new. I had thought it was my old pans not heating well. That might be true, but using these new ones with this little burner tools me that it wasn’t my old pans causing the problem. I needed a better heat source for cooking. It is able to cook my morning oatmeal in half the time. I live at a mile high, so cooking oatmeal takes about20 min normally. This had it ready in 12 minutes both mornings. I wish I had gotten this years ago, but maybe these cook tops weren’t as good in the past. This worth every penny. It cools in under ten min, which is also really nice! The cook top touts that it uses much less energy compared to a regular stove top burner. I believe this, as it heats so fast. It also has heat settings that I know are MUCH hotter than my stove top burners. For clarity, I have a glass topped stove top…I am completely convinced that I should have bought one of these years ago. It was expensive, but it works much better than I could have ever imagined. If you’ve toyed with the idea of getting an inversion cooker, I’d say get THIS ONE.
Using this for an inlaw that doesn’t have an oven so this is the perfect safe way to cook without using fire. Can use his for hotpot, cooking anything as long as the pan and flush to the electric cooktop. Of course this isn’t as strong as gas stove but for its purpose this is great. Easy to plug in and just eat. The con is the cord is not super long so if a certain area you are using it for isn’t close to an outlet then you might need an extension cord. This esthetically looks nice and serves its purpose

I recently got this electric cooktop, and I’m really happy with it. It’s compact, looks sleek, and fits nicely in my kitchen. The controls are simple to use, with clear buttons for the timer and settings. The user manual was helpful and made setup easy.I also like the safety reminder that the cooker stays hot even after turning it off. The surface is smooth and easy to clean, though I wish the display was a bit bigger.Overall, this cooker is a great choice if you’re looking for something portable and easy to use.
