It's a very good product; in my case, I installed a plug and connected it to a wall outlet, and it works fine. Obviously, I only use two burners at a maximum of half their capacity, and I haven't had any issues after several months of use. On the other hand, it is true that it takes a little while to heat up, but that isn't really a problem; overall, It's a good product so far it continues to heat just as it should.
I cook almost every day for my family, and this cooktop has been a huge improvement. I can boil, fry, and simmer different foods at the same time. The controls are intuitive, and cleanup is much easier compared with my old stove.
