This works very well. It's small, compact, light weight and easy to set up anywhere. It has 9 different temperature settings. The highest temperature boils water in a about 8 minutes. It has plenty of power just like a real electric stove. I definitely recommend it!

This dual electric stove top is a must have for anyone who is looking to cook on the go or wants a bit more flexibility on where they cook. We have an indoor and outdoor kitchen but often make meals we'd like to keep warm at the table. This does that job perfectly by allowing a cooking surface to be only limited by the length of an extension cord.The surface heats up very quickly and holds it's temperature nicely. The capacitive buttons on front are nice looking and work well, but may not work if you're wearing any type of cloth gloves.The display is nice and bright and can be seen during the day easily, even in direct sunlight.The only issue I have with the description is that it's called an 'Induction Cooktop". This is NOT an induction cooktop but rather an electric cooktop. If you put your hand on the burner while it is on (even before an induction pan is used), it WILL burn you. Actual induction burners do not conduct heat until an induction pan is placed on the unit.Other than that misstatement, it is a great mobile electric burner and seems to be well made.Definitely recommended!

I measure everything, the space I have available and the size of the item I am considering before deciding on it. It irritates me when accurate dimensions are not given on the product page, though this cooktop does give them, despite it exposing its rather severe weaknesses.Both eyes are less than 6 inches in diameter, while the entire cooktop is only 19 inches wide. A decent sized, but not especially large, frypan is more than half of that and would overlap the eye by as much as 2 inches on either side. That is no way to cook. On the other hand, each eye has 1100 watts of power, which is very good.If you get this intending to only use smaller, 6 to 8 inch pots and pans, it’s a great buy with all that cooking power. If you get it without considering its dimensions first and expecting it to hold what your kitchen range does, well shame on you. It’s all there in black and white, and it’s a great choice when you understand its limitations.

I bought this because my stove was broken. So, this cooktop is replacing my stove top. I like the double burner. It heats up fast and the numbers actually correspond to the levels of heat. Know Control, No complicated buttons, easy to operate and use. Electric cooktop is very suitable for the elderly, and suitable for people with poor eyesight. Not only is it easy to use, but the feeling of rotating the button by hand is more reliable. This cooktop is perfect for when I'm outdoors in the summer and also in my kitchen when I need a stove. It cleans up easily and is well constructed.

When I redid my kitchen several years ago I put in two separate 20A GFCI circuits. These were meant for warmers in an extended countertop area for entertaining. This cooktop also fits in that area fine and maxing out both sides the 20A dedicated circuit does not have any problems. At lower, warming temperatures it would be no problem to have other things also on the circuit. Maxed out, it is at the limit of the circuit.This cooktop just gave me a new project. Now I need to put in a wet environment dedicated 20A GFCI plug to the front patio. Having an electric stovetop next to the grill might come in handy.The controls are simple and easy to use. The surface has been easy to clean. The cooktop only weighs a couple pounds so it's easy to move around. The feet keep it in place and feels stable on the countertop.The feet are high enough to give the exhaust fan enough room to vent out the appliance. The fan is noticeable, but pretty well what is expected.The product title says this is an induction cooktop. This is a direct heat where the burners get hot cooktop. This term should be removed from the title. Sure it can use induction cookware, but that is not the method of heating. I should remove a star for this marketing mistake, but today I won't.As to the cooktop itself though, it is a fine piece of equipment which if cared for should provide years of service.

This is an amazing device to have if you live in one of those basement suites without a full kitchen, but keep in mind that this is induction, so you need to have the right pans for it. It works great and heats up super quickly and easily, and it looks great doing it. It doesn't heat up unless you have the magnetized pans, so there's an extra safety in it, and it's just an all around good thing to have for camping too.
