This countertop stove burner works great! It comes on very fast, it's very easy to adjust the temperature, and it cools down quite fast with the built-in fan. The fact that it cools down fast is a great safety feature that could prevent people from getting burned. This is an excellent burner to take with you camping, if there's electricity, or perfect for a man cave to boil water for coffee or even a crafting room to boil water for tea. The whole item is very well built and actually weighs more than you would expect. The shell seems to be solid steel that is actually quite thick. It's not going to be easily knocked off a counter, and it won't slide around too easily, either. Excellent item, in my opinion.
