Gute Platte mit hochwertiger Anmutung.Stromverbrauch von 2000W mittels App überprüft. Bei 2000W braucht ein Topf Wasser für Nudeln schon etwas länger bis es kocht, aber dafür kommt mit dieser Wattzahl noch jede Steckdose, und jede Kabeltrommel klar, was ja auch wichtig ist.Beim einschalten läuft dauerhaft ein integrierter Lüfter an der Unterseite. Dadurch wird die Betriebssicherheit gewährleistet. Rund um die Heizplatte bleibt die Platte kühl. Auch die Touchflächen werden auch nach längerem Betrib nicht heiß. Die Touchbedienung funktioniert tadellos. Die Umstellung auf Fahrenheit hilft in mitteleuropa nicht so recht, aber so muss man halt etwas umrechnen und lernt noch was dazu. Aufpassen muss man beim kochen die Platte ist rundherum zur Belüftung recht offen, das Nudelwasser sollte nicht unbedingt überkochen. Das sollte aber bei einer Gasplatte bspw. auch nicht passieren, insofern kein Abzug.Nach dem abschalten läuft der Lüfter einige Minuten nach und das Display zeigt "Hot" an. Also auch hier hat man sich Gedanken um die Sicherheit gemacht. Soweit so gut, nichts zu beanstanden.

This electric cooktop is pretty simple to use. We were a bit cautious, so we put a silicone pad under it to protect our marble island. After bringing water to a boil today, I felt underneath and it was not hot at all. We’ll still proceed with caution, though. A medium/small-sized pot filled 1/3 full of cold water boiled in 8.5 minutes, which seemed quite good to me. I don’t think it would have boiled any quicker on our gas cooktop. We also used it to cook some scrambled eggs yesterday and it worked great. There was a bit of a melting plastic smell, but I expect that will pass after it reaches max temperature a couple of times. We like that this cooktop provides the ability to cook more during big family gatherings. We can also now cook some messy things in the garage or outside, which will reduce big clean-ups. Another thing we plan to use this cooktop for is camping. It will come in handy using this on the picnic table when we’re using the BBQ. We’re happy we ordered this cooktop.

Solid quality, very easy to set up and use. I like that the temperature as well as the wattage shows for the stove, and that it is adjustable. I also like that it has a timer, so you don't forget about it! This is exactly what I need to make my cooking videos!

I like the different heat setting available. Heats fast. Only the burner area gets hot not the whole unit. Works with a varieties of cook pots and pans.

I ordered the "VBGK Single Burner Electric Cooktop,110V 1800W Electric Stove Top with LED Touch Control,Single electric burner 9 Power Levels, 4 hTimer, Safety Lock,Overheat protection."I was actually pretty impressed with this electric hob.The function button is marked as "funtion" which gave me a little giggle, but after turning the hob on, the function button let me select between F and C.I tested the timer, which turns off the hob when it reaches zero.I also tested the child lock, which also worked as intended.I made ramen on my test run and had no issues.The fan inside the machine turned on once the hob was hot enough to help regulate the internal temp.I'm looking forward to cooking bacon outside on my patio so my house won't smell like bacon grease for days!
