Heating is very fast, very convenient, does not take up space, the size is very suitable, the pan is very convenient to use.
This portable electric stove top is excellent. It's just under 5lbs total weight, so it's not that heavy. Easily portable.It's incredibly simple to use and it heats up extremely fast. I can boil a pot of water or cook up a meal in no time.Plus the surface area for the hot plate is quite large, so it accommodates a large variety of pots and pans.It also comes with a handy little guide to explain each and every feature to you as well if needed.It has 10 power levels which are displayed in two different modes. Either by the wattage or by the temperature. I'll admit, I am not used to this type of configuration. On my stove I've always just selected power levels between 1-10. Never giving a thought to what temperature "medium heat" represented.It's not that hard to get used to though.It also has overheat protection and a timer feature built-in as well, which is great. I can keep stuff warm for up to 4 hours at a time if need be.It does take some time to cool down after the unit is turned off, especially coming down from high heat, but it's no real different than a regular stove. What is great about this though is I can move it out of the way now while it cools down and free up the counter space.Overall I am highly impressed with this unit and think it's a good product.
